Sandbox Environment
Permissions
You will need to add the Permission Set named “ICL Item Import Tool” to users (or Security Groups with users) who will be uploading or downloading template excel documents.
Production Environment
You will need to set permissions as described in the Sandbox Environment section above. In addition, you will need to follow the instructions in the following three articles.
