License Validation
All IT Clad apps (extensions) that require a license to run will check for a valid license whenever specific functionality is executed by a user. All users of licensed apps must have permission to read the database table that contains license information.
All users that use licensed IT Clad apps must be assigned the “ICL IT CLAD READ” permission set either directly on the User account or must be a member of a Security Group that is assigned the permission set.
License Management
All users who will be responsible for updating license information or license configuration must be assigned the “ICL IT CLAD LIC MGMT” either directly on the User account or must be a member of a Security Group that is assigned the permission set. This permission set should be limited to only those who need to perform those functions.
